We value your privacy so we would like to reassure you that your details are safe with us and will never be released to any other external companies or third party groups for their marketing purposes.

We will use your personal details to send you information about your Loyalty Card and details of any future or current promotions. If at any time you would like us to stop sending you e-mails, please let us know by emailing loyalty@elmorej.am and we will do so immediately. However, this will invalidate your Loyalty Card and any accrued rewards will be cancelled.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ:
The following Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Elmore Jam Loyalty Card. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of your card and govern the relationship between Elmore Jam Ltd (“Elmore Jam”, “we” or “us”) and you. Use of your Loyalty Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Our Elmore Jam Loyalty Card is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you visit our restaurant. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each card user must only use the card in accordance with the scheme rules. Each card is personal to the cardholder or relevant card user to whom it is issued and neither the card nor the reward points can be used by or transferred to any other person. If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your Elmore Jam Card, please do so e-mailing loyalty@elmorej.am.
Rewards are earned on the purchase of hot drinks and lunch items only.
Certain other products may be excluded from the scheme or the reward points awarded reduced from time to time at our discretion.
If you forget your loyalty card please note that it is not possible to get points added retrospectively at a later date.
Your Loyalty Card does not have an expiry date. However, if you do not use your Elmore Jam Loyalty Card for a period of one year or more, it will cease to be valid and any accrued rewards will be cancelled.
Elmore Jam reserves the right to terminate any guests membership of the Loyalty Card scheme. In certain instances where the member is suspected of abusing the scheme, any unused points will be cancelled.
Elmore Jam Ltd does not warrant or represent that your loyalty card will always be accepted at our venues. For example, in the unlikely event of an IT and communications systems, we may not be able to add points or redeem any stored rewards during such a system failure.

Elmore Jam Ltd, nor any member of staff shall be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions or warranties implied by law, statue or otherwise are expressly excluded.

Elmore Jam Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the Loyalty Card scheme on reasonable notice; such changes will be posted on www.elmorej.am/loyalty-card. The amended terms will apply to the use of your Loyalty Card.
