This blend is unique in its own right, but what makes the wine is the way grapes were harvested. The Chardonnay is picked very early to take advantage of its acidity, the Gewürztraminer picked at full ripeness, while the Moscato is allowed to ripen to an almost raisin stage. The grapes are all co-fermented together, no wood is used. This winery practices sustainable agriculture with no insecticides and minimal intervention viticulture. Pineapple and grapefruit aromas on the nose followed by an excellent balance between acidity and sweet fruit. Grape: 60% Gewurztraminer, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Moscato Bianco

This Sauvignon Blanc comes from the region of Canelones in Uruguay. The cultivation system uses the principles of organic farming, avoiding the use of chemicals, to achieve a natural balance in the ecosystem and thereby reduce human intervention. The harvesting is done 100% by hand at dawn, so the grapes are processed at low temperature. Delicious tropical aromas and flavours of guava and peach, followed by some herbaceous notes with cucumber skin and fresh pea pods. Grape: Sauvignon Blanc

Pioneer in the Uco Valley, Bodega Piedra Negra was the first to plant vines in the foothills of the Andes Cordillera in semi-desert conditions in the middle of what would become the Geographical Indication of Los Chacayes, reminiscent of Pessac-Léognan in Bordeaux. This organic wine has a clear pale colour with bright hue. The nose is fresh with lime and lemon notes. Very fresh attack on the palate with a crisp acidity, delicate aromas of white flowers and a beautiful aromatic persistence on the finish. Full bodied, while having lovely aromatics and a refreshing character. Aromas of stone fruits, harmoniously combined with hints of honey, butter and vanilla. Delicious and elegant wine. Grape: Pinot Gris

Unconventional by design, like nearly all wines crafted by Pablo Fallabrino. Barbera (whole pressed) provides acidity and delicate fruitiness. It's then blended with Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer during co-fermentation, contributing a floral dimension. The end result is delicate aromas and flavours of red fruits, with some floral notes and bright acidity. Creamy and rounded. Unfiltered. Grape: 60% Barbera, 30% Gewürztraminer, 10% Chardonnay
