To ensure we are adhering to government guidelines we have put in place a number of procedures to keep our guests and our staff safe.
Revised Seating Plan
To allow for physical distancing we have revised the seating plan of the tube.
Enhanced Cleaning
Sanitiser will be available for our guests on arrival and the hand-contact surfaces in the train will be sanitised regularly throughout the night.
Fewer Guests
We have reduced guests by 25%.
Wellness Checks
We carry out wellness checks for our staff so no one comes to work if they are displaying symptoms or feeling unwell. We ask our guests to reschedule their visit if they are displaying any symptoms.
We Are Locals
Most of our staff is local or travel to work outside peak hours.
Contactless
Our menu and drinks menu can be viewed electronically with dedicated QR codes and payments can be carried out contactless.
Updated Risk Assessment
We completed a risk assessment and introduced extra controls to operate safely following the guidance available.
